FSP AX-500A question

Starting a new build and getting no power to the mobo with this psu. The ps on/off switch lights when turned on but that's it. Tried it in another system. Same results. Tried another ps I had in the new system and the mobo powers up.

Am I missing something with this Fortron? Before I return this, any thoughts will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.......

the 5150gh is the 500w unit, the 5140gh is the 400w equivelent, is the 5160gh the 600w version?
