Hello and welcome to the forums!

Your PSU is very small and weak, to make things even worse, it has two seperate 12v rails. You might be able to run some graphics cards with a single 6 pin power connector, but two 6 pin power connector cards (such as the 7870) would definitely be out of the question.

I would highly recommend a GTX 750Ti as it's pretty much guaranteed to be able to run flawlessly with your current PSU. It will give you the best performance for the least amount of power. A GTX 750Ti is roughly equal to the performance of a 7850 and it goes for about $150-170 on newegg.

However, a big red flag for me is that your current PC only has 1GB of RAM. 1GB of RAM is not going to be sufficient for any games which came out this millenium. You will have to upgrade to at least 4GB of RAM in order to have a decent gaming experience.
