Shop FSP (FSP Group's web store) has a Memorial Day coupon code. For those that don't know, FSP makes decent computer power supplies.

15% off coupon code MEM28 exp.5/31/12 (shipping is NOT free)

Best deals I've found are on "demo" SFX PSUs. They define "demo" as meaning "open box in new condition" and units will have 1 year warranty.

300W SFX $16.99 AC
80+

400W SFX $16.99 AC
80+Bronze, one PCIe power plug, 4+4 EPS

450W SFX $21.24 AC
80+Bronze, two PCIe power plugs, 4+4 EPS

All of them are rated at full output 50ºC, and are "modern" dual rail with most of the power on +12v. FYI Silverstone rebrands the 300W and 450W versions for use with their SG05 and SG06 cases.

SFX is a power supply size standard. They look like shrunk down normal ATX PSUs. For instance, Silverstone SG05 and SG06 cases use SFX sized PSUs. Apex MI-008 and MI-100, as well as the Rosewill RS-MI-01 and Thermaltake Element-Q rebadges use SFX PSUs. Xion and Pixxo slim mATX cases (same chassis) use SFX PSUs. Athenatech A100 series slim mATX cases (popular a few years back for HTPC) also use SFX PSUs.

Do not confuse them with TFX PSUs. Lots of slimmer cases, both ITX and mATX use TFX sized PSUs. TFX PSUs are "long." Examples of cases using TFX PSUs are Foxconn ITX, InWin ITX, Apex and Rosewill slim mATX.

Might pick up one of the 450w's to try my hand at cable sleeving. Wonder if it can run my i3, 6850 and 5 HDs (3 regular 3.5's and 2 SSDs)
