But what i mean that which is the most effective parameter is it the speed of the cpu or its bus speed?

anyways, you're asking if you should get:

a P4 2.8B (533fsb, 21 x 133) or a P4 2.4C (800fsb, 12 x 200). I'd definitely get the 2.4c since it has HT and o/c's higher 😉
