fsb wrong seting: need help

I was trying to figure out the setting of my mobo, whihc support 333fsb, i set the fsb to 200 and now it will not start anymore even the screen to let go into the bios setting..

System Specs?

Take the battery out of the mobo for a few minutes. Then put it back in. Bios changes should be reset.
