FSB wont go over 133?

Ok I just got my K7S5a today and have it stuffed with a 1.4 gig ahyja and 256meg of Crucial PC21 DDR. I just flashed to the most recent ECS bios and still my fsb wont go over 133? what am i missing? do I need ot unlock something on the chip? or another bios flash?
