FSB wall on Neo2-FR, memory limitation or ???

I wanted the IP35-E at first but newegg went OOS on me and I saw the Neo2-FR in the open box bin and said heck, why not. It's been good to me so far.

IP35-E isn't perfect. There are two major issues plaguing some boards:

-Bad solder joints at SATA ports. If they don't come off, then board is fine.

-Cool boot issue below 63F if you have a defective surface mount transistor at the upper top of the board. You can apply an ice pack to the affected area and check for POST problem.

The core design of the IP35-E power section is very similar to IP35 Pro. At the current $90 price, IP35-E is no longer a great value.
