I am running a e6400 OC to 2.8ghz by adjusting the fsb up into the 300s (can't remember exactly but can check). I am running 3 gigs of ddr2 800 soon to be 6 gigs. My ram timing sare 5-5-5-15. my mobo is the p5q se. Right now my fsb strap is at auto. I was wondering if I should set it to 266, leave it on auto or try 200, 333, 400? What would be best for stability?

AUTO allows you to set any RAM ratio, which in turn will apply the corresponding NB strap.

If you set the NB strap manually you will only have the corresponing RAM ratios available.

In short, other than 1:1 which can be done on 333 or 400 strap, there is no real reason to manually set the NB strap.
