fsb spread spectrum?

what is the purpose of fsb and agp spread spectrum? also is it advisable to oc the agp bus by 1 or 2 mhz?

In simple terms, it makes the use of wireless interface devices less subject to EMI and RFI problems.

Which means it reduces electronic interference with other devices. Disable it. If no problems, leave it disabled.
