FSB spread spectrum, AGP spread spectrum?

I am curious as to what I should set these two setting to in my Abit NF7-S bios. I hear they have to do with controlling EMI interference but if I am overclocking my fsb or agp bus I should set them to 0. Any input on this?

Also, what should I set CPU-Thermal Throttling to?
