What is the best o/c speed for a P3-800/100?

Here are the system specs:

P3-800/100

256MB Crucial PC133 CAS2 DIMM $109.78

Sound Blaster Live! Value X-Gamer

3COM Fast-Ethernet Adapter 3C905B-TX-NM

IBM Deskstar 75GXP 30GB

Black Fong Kai FK-320

Black Panasonic Model No. JU-256A226P Floppy

Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro in Black

HP 9500i CDR/W Drive

Abit BE6-II (HPT366) w/latest BIOS

Creative Labs Annihilator2 Ultra

I'm concerned that some FSB speeds might not be optimal for my AGP and PCI bus. I'm not sure if I can get 1064/133 out of my system but I'm going to try. Other than 133Mhz FSB, what other speeds work well?

Only 66,100 and 133MHz can be considered "optimal" AGP bus does not realy matter since most cards will take realy high busses with no problem. Try to keep your pci bus as low as possible(hight bus is murder for hard drives)

So other than 133 and 100, is there something in between that would be the best setting? I don't want to burn my HD or any of my PCI devices...
