FSB setting in bios?

I have a sempron 2600 and a ecs n2u400-a board... setting up right now and am looking at the choices for FSB frequency...

the board is supposed to have FSB of 333mhz

which am i supposed to use?

If you need 333, set it to 166 (166 x 2 = 333, to account for DOUBLE data ram, or DDR)
