If you wish to run DDR2-800 at 1:1 you will need to overclock the FSB to 400. Do not even think of doing that unless you know what's involved in overclocking.

Set multi to 7
Set RAM to 533 (1:1)
Set FSB to 401
Make sure RAM is at rated vdimm
Leave all the voltage options at auto, except CPU
Set CPU vcore to 1.375V

There.

You now have 2.8 GHz, & it's running 1:1 ;)

Mudokon, you must have paid ~$60 for that Zalman HSF - it's time you let it work a little;)

i wish i could let it work guys, but my P5B vanilla rates my cpu HSF running at 45C idle, 55C at load.

i was hoping when i got my zalman, only reason i got it was cuz my stock HSF was hitting 60 on load instantly, that i would see temps at like 30 , and 40 C on load.

oh well. OCing is not in my future i guess

Amateur! :Q

55C is nothing under load, especially with the temps sensors on the P5Bs being suspect.
