FSB Question

Ok, i have 2 computers

Pentium 2 350 which is at 100mhz fsb
i'm gettin a free 400mhz celeron which is at 66mhz fsb
the mobo can only goto 83mhz for the celeron.

now i heard that a faster fsb is better, so technically which is faster, the 350 @ 100mhz or the 400 @ 66mhz (500@83)
