Ok, here's the deal. My brothers computer is running a Celeron D 2.4Ghz on an MSI 865PE motherboard. The FSB on a Cel. D is rated at 533mhz, but for some reason, the BIOS clocks it 133mhz. The BIOS allows me to clock it up to only 500mhz, but increasing the FSB speed also overclocks the AGP and PCI busses at the same time. How do I get the FSB to operate at 533mhz without OCing everything to Hell?

Edit: I fell like such a NOOB...
