I'm thinking of getting a mobile athlon 2600 and was just wondering how high people have been able to get the fsb.

But arent most folks here getting to 215 or 220 max with the 2600's though? (assuming vcore under 1.8 and on air). I have a 2500 and am getting 200x12 (2400mhz) @1.65v on my system on air without any real effort. The 2600 should hit that and them some easily before it beads a sweat (past performance is not indicative of future results).

It depends on your motherboard. The DFIs have been hitting 250+ which is the highest I've seen.

there are a few lucky ones that get over 210mhz
the ones with good cooling usually get atleast 220
anything above that is bonus

anything over 230 is brag to your buddies material !

You don't need to change anything on any nForce2 board to hit 166fsb.😕
