According to my mobo spec..I think I have a cpu runs at 400mhz (Intel P4 2000mhz northwood i think something like 100x20)...

If I buy a motherboard thats runs FSB at 800mhz.. is that mean, i cant use my current cpu anymore??

It depends on the motherboard. Socket 478 chips come in 400mhz FSB, 533mhz FSB, and 800mhz FSB. Some motherboards will support only 400, some will do 400 and 533, while some will do 400, 533, and 800. Others will do only 533 and 800. But in any case, it depends on the motherboard, but there are plenty of 800mhz FSB motherboards, than can still run 400mhz FSB as well.
