i got msi kt4 ultra motherboard with athlon 2000+xp
i just went to the bios setting and set all the default value by accident. then i found that my system is running at 1.25 ghz!!!
one of my friend told me to change the clock fsb from 100 to 133mhz. that solved my problem. is this normal? am i overclocking the processor? or the clock should be at 133. then why the default value is 100 only! i am confused. please help.

thanks but why the msi kt4 ultra's default bios settings is showing only 100 fsb?? shouldn't the default value would be 133?

What Adul stated and meanwhile we're twidling our thumbs while waiting for 200 ;)

timu you're not Overclocking your setup and many MoBo's have a default setting @ 100 or a jumper the Mobo itself to switch from 100 to 133 or visa-versa

they do this because they do not want to overclock the durons and old athlons which are still running at 100mhz FSB
