fsb o/c results on athlon k7 and gfd?

I am trying to see if it is worth it for me to o/c my fbs. I currnetly have an abit ka7-100 and an athlon classic k7. My fsb now is at 110 mhz and running stable but my multiplier is 8. Would i get it any higher, the fsb, or should i not even bother. What are your results that you came up with?
