The guys over at the got a P4 2.4C rock-stable at 1GHz FSB, then pushed it further. IIRC, they topped out at 1.2GHz FSB.

Got my P4 3gig running @ 3520 FSB of 940! Dual channel quad pumped on an ASUS P4C800
