FSB mod for Celeron 1.7GHZ?

I got a new Shuttle-style Mini-pc and a Celeron 1.7ghz. The BIOS has no support for FSB or voltage adjustments. I have seen the voltage adjustment mod, but is there a pin mod to run the cpu at 133FSB? The motherboard uses the 845G chipset which supports up to a PIV 3.06.

Much appreciated, as I want to see what this cpu can do.

Here's my page on this stuff:
Modifying a CPU's FSB
FYI, if you don't want to physically break off a pin, then you need to insulate it with nail polish or phone wire housing. I've been doing the break-the-pin deal because I've had problems with trying to insulate the pin - no damage or anything, just that it was finicky, the nail polish would scrape off or some such.

I decided to go the easy route, take my P4 2.4 out of my desktop and swap the Celeron in that. I love this little XP4 that it is becoming my main machine and my 2 month old Dell 8250 is headed downstairs.🙂

I appreciate your link and will try and do this mod tomorrow.

Wonder if that modification will fool an authentic Intel motherboard???......... I have a 1.7 celery in a Intel mobo as we speak.

It may or may not. Now, what this mod does is tell the motherboard what FSB to run at (through the BSEL0 and BSEL1 pins). This part WILL work. What MAY NOT work is if the BIOS doesn't let you run undefined CPUs (CPUs not specifically recognized).
