Guys i have heard that 355 is the highest FSB that you can reach on E. So could you guys tell me is it true or not?

If it is false then can you tell me which is the highest FSB limit of E?

Some people were pushing 500FSB with this board. THat's part of the reason why it was so popular. The limit varies from board to board but i can assure you it's higher than 335.

Yes, higher than 335.

Probably 500Mhz for dual cores (maybe 480-490 if you're unlucky) and I've heard 450 (460-470 if you're lucky) for quad cores.

What cpu are you using? You may be hitting a limit of some other component as opposed to the motherboard.

I think the real reason it was so popular was that it was just about the cheapest P35 chipset board on the market, while still retaining overclockability.

I personally have run mine way above 355MHz, tested with a CPU that had 1333FSB as the default. YMMV for FSB. Sometimes when starting with a CPU that defaults to low FSB you may be limited by the FSB strap.

Well first i plan to buy the pro version but i found out that there is not much difference between both, so i switch to lower version, since i have a very limited budget

well i plan to use it with Q6600

I can assure you that you will not hit the FSB limit of the IP35-E with a Q6600.
