Fsb Drop off in windows

Problem - cpu-z reports my fsb @ 1333 when I set it @ 1400 in bios.

Equipment - msi p7n sli-fi 750i chipset W e2140(excellent overclocker btw)

Is there any thing I can do about this other than get a different board

you sure you're saving those BIOS changes? does the higher clock appear when you hit Windows + Pause?

Windows + pause shows 2.67ghz should be 2.80ghz. It shows correctly in bios just not windows.
