FSB:DRAM Ratio

The FSB : DRAM ratio is set at 3:4.
I am using 1GB (2 x 512MB Dual Channel) DDR2 533 Memory.
I overclocked my CPU from 2.8GHz to 3.0GHz (FSB: 200 to 215).
Now my memory is not at the set 266MHz.
It is at 287MHz.
I don't think this is safe. Where in the BIOS (1.70) do i change the ratio?
