FSB capability question?

I have a board made by Gigabyte which was made when 266 was the fastest stock speed on Athlons. The model is GA-7VRXP. The board said that the highest supported is 266 but is it possible that it could support more and this is just because the 400 wasn't out yet? It can adjust to higher than 133. What does it take to make it capable of this? Can I do it with PC-2100? Do I need a chipset cooler or a ram sink? What should I be able to get it to with an XP 2400+ non-mobile?

If you use a 12.5 cpu mulitplier, you should be able to get a mobil 2400+ to around 2.2 to 2.3ghz with no problem. That is if you have PC3200 ram. With PC2100, dont bother OCing.
