FSB and video card O/C?

I just wanna gauge how much I could potentially overclock my system. Don't want to unlock the CPU at the moment, got too much going on to worry about that, so I'm just going to do CPU oc through the FSB. Here's my system:

Asus A7M266 motherboard
AMD Athlon T-Bird 1ghz
512 MB Crucial PC2100 RAM
Gainward Golden Sample Geforce 4 Ti4200 (650TV)
Sound Blaster PCI 512
Creative DXR3 decoder card
D-Link DE220 10/100 NIC
Promise Ultra ATA/100 IDE Controller
IBM Deskstar 45GB
IBM Deskstar 60GB
HP 9300i CDRW
Creative 12x DVDROM
Antec SX1040 case (400 watt PSU)

Cooling wise, the video card and cpu have stock cooling.
The case has 2 80mm intake fans up front, and 2 80mm exhaust in back.

Figured I'd list everything just to make sure I didn't miss anything.

I just got the video card this past weekend, and haven't made any real effort to overclock it, but I did experiment a little. I easily got it up to 310/560 and ran a 7474 in 3DMark2001SE. (Don't understand why it says my FSB clock is 19.9ghz.....weird...)

How high do you guys think I could OC the video card without any extra cooling?

Also, given the components in my PC, approximately how high could I OC my FSB without damaging any components?

I find it hard to believe that nobody has anything to say about this to help me....anyone? How much can I oc the CPU and the GPU?

Wow you impatient. Anyways I figure if you are lucky you will get your processor up to 1333mhz and your vid card up to at least the gf ti 4400 level.
