I'm not talking about any current thread, I'm just wondering if it's "legal" - to set up a WTB thread and getting offers, then posting the lowest offer made and say "Have an offer of $XXX, looking for one less than that." ie, say I want a P3 800 and someone offers me one for $150, then I edit my post and say "I have an offer for $150, can anyone beat that?" - is that legal?
