ABIT NF7-S Revision 2 Motherboard. I still have the retail box, backplate and should have all the accessories.. (70$ shipped)

OEM AMD Athlon 2100+, I will include a retail AMD HSF (50$ shipped)

note: i believe this is B stepping, or whatever the good one that newegg was selling months ago. Anyways, using a retail HSF i ran it at 13x166 (2.17 ghz) easily... I'm sure it can go higher, but i am not guaranteening anything at all besides retail specs.
