Okay, I know most people who know what Frys Electronics is will talk crap about how bad they are and whatever. Well, this isnt a thread to crap on fry's. Personally, I find them to be okay. Big selection, easy returns and good specials every so often. I know you dont agree but when you come from a city without a Frys then you really appreciate how cool it is to have a store like that around. Despite the high percentage of returned merchandise.
Okay. Here's the scenario. I'm bought a laptop and warranty from them open box. Its pretty good so far but laptops being what they are then extended warranties seem to always pay off in the longrun. This one cost me $159 for 2 years and I do plan on cashing in on their replacement plan if necessary. So does anyone have any positive or legitimate negative things to say about their warranty department? (And when i say "legitimate negative things to say" I dont mean responses like "frys is suck. i hate them. dont buy the warranty")
