WD 200GB 8MB HDD: $300 - $120 MIR = $180 (LA Times page 3)

ATI AIW 9700 Pro: $400 after $50 instant rebate (OCR page 3)
- There won't be a 9800 Pro AIW in a while, I guess.

Athlon XP 2100+ bare CPU with DFI AD77 Infinity mobo (FireWire, SATA... Link to review): $169 (LA Times page 3, OCR page 4)
- Looks pretty good to me... at least its not ECS.

The Fry's in San Diego will not honor prices from other Fry's..."demographic reasons".

Is there a way to get around it?

Damnit, I wish we had a Fry's around where I live!

Oh well, since BVG's dying soon on Internet retailers, maybe I can just use Fry's print ads to PM??? Their deals are always combos and MIR-related though, so it will be tough.
