i have a xbox 360 premium, and was thinking of getting the Elite instead. Can i just return this one without any problems?. This system was bought a day ago.
 
Not sure what the warranty has to do with it since it's not broken. Their website doesn't say anything about a restocking fee, so I guess you should be able to return it no problem.
 
It shouldn't be a problem. I believe the return window for Fry's is something like 14 days. If they ask, just tell them you want to swap it for an Elite.
 
Yeah, you *shouldn't* have a problem.

I've "borrowed" video cards and returned them before. 😀

HA Fry's repackages everything but hell I love the place and they have a no frills return policy.
