They actually opened on Thursday the 9th. I have been there 3 times already. I am going to go broke very soon I think.

It is very easy to get to from anywhere. They could not have picked a better location to service all of Vegas.

The place is freaking hudge. Costco would fit inside of it.

Fry's coming in Renton, WA ?

Yeah, they bought the property, but refuse to set a date for a store opening.

When IS hell freezing over, btw?

Yeah, about 1/2 mile from the Microsoft buildings. We're all going to have our paychecks direct deposited there.

The last I heard it was scheduled for April 1st, 2010
Unfortunately, until that time, nobody can tell if it's a joke or not :\

When Fry's opened here in Industry, CA on February '02 there were no mega sales:( Just small sales. You know what, after all this time, their bilboard still says Grand Opening! lol

That's interesting about the themes because of the one's in TX, seems to me the only one with a "theme" is the one in East Dallas/Garland area - rustic looking like a ranch, maybe? I don't recall the one in Houston having one and the one in Arlington seems fairly generic, since it was an old Incredibel Universe (I think that was a Radio Shack attempt at mass marketing, if I recall...) I wonder if the new one in Irving will have a theme? Do the other non-Cali stores have themes?
