Lol. They're $1.50 in the vending machine at work now. Just went up 25 cents. Ah, inflation is idiotic.

Also lol that they're all hygiene products except the chocolate and alka seltzer. What does that say about the geeks of the time?

I've actually been to Fry's at that location. Barely remember it though.. I'm half a month younger than this ad.

I was at the opening day festivities in that location! They moved to the other side of Lawrence Expressway a couple years later, and then moved to Arques were it is now.

lol @ 20 1N4004 diodes for a dollar (they're about 10/$1 today) and 8-bit ADCs with advertised linearity
