Frys Deals -- Would you buy them?

Often on Sundays in my area (and I am sure other areas) there is a frys ad and usually one or two MOBO/PROC combos. I was wondering... are those usually cheap crap or are they often decent deals?

I live right next door to one (10 minute drive), and the Fry's deals are always the same old story:

1) Great processor
2) Horrible Motherboard

The only reason I do buy them most of the time compared to online is that Fry's has quite a lax (or generous, whatever you want to call it) return policy. So if the motherboard or processor isn't working out for you, you can easily return it without much hassle, if any. Also if you buy an extended warranty and have no morals, you can keep the motherboard/processor combo for near a year, run a high powered magnet through it while the processor is still installed, and you can get both the motherboard and the processor replaced for something equivalent at the time no questions asked when you bring it in to them. (They turn their inventory often, so it is probably guranteed your particular processor/motherboard is no longer stocked)

But to directly answer your question, the deals are ok if you decide to use both... but they are excellent if you buy it for the processor and E-bay or sell off the motherboard. Because you can get a really good deal on processors that way, since they seem to really discount on the combo deals.
