If you add another 256Mb stick you'll end up with a 250$ PC that is good in everything but gaming (in its price).
A hot deal IMO for those who don't want the trouble of buying seperate parts and assembling them.

It says it's in stock but when you add to your cart it reads:
"Unable to add selected item.
Please contact Customer Service"

They had this ame one on sale at Bayarea Fry's for 199.99 last Wed/Thurs but I heard they were sold out by noon on Wed.
I wonder how much the shipping is?

Umm ... what on God's green earth makes you think Fry's is paying $150 for XP Home? hahahahaha


I'm guessing Fry's pays $79. Most stores pay $82-85, but Fry's is bigger than most.

Eom as much or more then retail?

Newegg has it for under $90. Larger OEMs probably pay no more than $65, may be as low as $45.

this machine was 199 a week or two ago i think. i'm hoping it'll be <$150 for blackfriday. lol.
