Hi Rick,
There are 2 power plugs, one for the fan and the other for the pump power. Do you have them plug into your board as instructed by Corsair, or directly with adapters into your PSU? I prefer them to be into my PSU but I wonder the standard 3 pins to 4 pins would work?

Hey Dude!

I have my 38mm fan plugged into the MB CPU fan plug so the fan RPM can be controlled by temp thru the BIOS or thru another program.

My pump lead is connected to the MB thru a non-controlled 3 pin connector.

Easy peasy except....when I mounted this thing I did it like the picture on the box...like this.

It's still like that and seems to work fine but one of these days I'll flip it over.
