It needs 3 things to work with case and psu

Low profile aka half height
Takes up 1 slot since the pci express is on the bottom of the motherboard
Needs about 75w power draw since the psu is 220watts since the rest of the computer will take up to 90 watts. The psu may be rated to 220 watts but you have to trust a cheap psu so some safety area is good, furthermore it is almost definitely sure the psu will not have a 6 pin or two miles connectors.

This is the best card I can find on new egg, a low profile 6670

It is not considered a clearance model. If it was it would have one of these two languages attached to it such as the notebooks on page 4 of the add.

Fry's Rainchecks will promise the price if they ever get the item restocked. It is up to you though to call them and ask them if it is in stock, they will not call you.

There is a extremely good chance for Fry's to get more of this item since the item is not on clearance.
