the ram is pc2700 not pc3200 its this one
there is however 1gb pc3200 ram for 149.99 with no brand mentioned this one

The OP posted this was in Houston,Texas... not Orange County California. Deals at Frys are different all over the country. I didn't get the paper so I have not seen the ad. The Houston Chronical doesn't post Frys Ad's online so no way to tell for sure without it, but I trust the OP.

I'm not trying to thread crap, I just wanted to let you know. A few weeks ago the deals you all had out in CA were not the ones I got when I went to Frys. MB?CPU combo was different, RAM deals were different and many others were different. Some are the same and some weeks they all are the same. We just never know untill the adds come out and ppl post them.
