i got it to load. but it doesnt matter. its an old ad that expires 3/5. it was the one about panasonic big screens and at the top said something about 4 free passes to the upcoming theatrical rerelease of E.T.

That version of Independence Day is the Movie only version, the first disc of the Special Edition 2 disc set. It is only $14.99 at Best Buy so it is not that good of a deal. If you are able to somehow get the Special Edition, it is a much better deal.
