quit while you're alive and breathing.... here's some advice:

1) Buy a locked processor and a MB that has no capability whatsoever for overclock.

2) Buy a hundai/kia etc... which don't have the ability to even get up to 90.

3) Sit at home and do crossword puzzles.

This should prevent you from future pain. :D

well here's the voltages that i killed the cpu's at if anyone is curious

1ghz thunderbird 2.25v
1700+ palomino 2.25v
2400+ T-bred 2.05v
1700+ T-bred 1.86v (had up to 2.15)

ohhh well
the high voltages are perfect as long as you don't reboot
it's the on/off stuff that gets um

Holly crap SK, I hope the last post you left us with was'nt done shortly before you grabbed that bottle and headed out in your truck. Though I don't know you personally, you had me and a few others worried about your well being. And if that was the case, feel free to PM me if you need someone to rant to. I've leaned on a wiskey bottle a few times myself.

As far as your CPU killing addiction goes, no level of phsycology can help you there :)
