frustrated??????????????????????????????

last week i bought a asrock mobo (G41M-LE) i've been trying to get it running for 3 days and i tryed everything i can think of .i get it to thepost screen and then i get status oxc000000f the boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.i am out of ideas.

I had this problem when 1 sata port on the motherboard was malfunctioning. It would detect fine in bios but error out installing windows. Solved it by plugging into another port. Maybe the OP's motherboard is defective.

It could also be a corrupted boot sector, even on another drive...

Is that the only drive in the system? If not, take the extras out and try to install with just the would-be boot disk in place. If that fixes the problem, be sure to wipe the boot sector from the other HDDs. I've also seen malware or even just a corrupted upgrade file do a similar error.

These are just the first things that come to mind off the top of my head...
