I can't seem to find a good alternative for a board to support my DDR1 & AGP components & that will allow a mild, stable overclock. I'd like Sata II at some point & gigabyte ethernet would also be good, so I either need it built-in or need an available PCI slots. I also need PCI slots for a sound card & TV card. That would use up the available PCI slots of most available boards so I'd have no room for upgrades. I also wouldn't mind having 4x DDR1 (dual channel) so I can add more memory.

For features, the best chipset looks like 865PE, but the boards that otherwise fit my profile (ASRock) aren't available in the US. This chipset doesn't look like it overclocks at all.

The ASRock based on PT880 Pro has had users with good experiences, but lacks some expandability (except the biostar version). The PT880 Ultra would be better I guess because it allows fsb of 1066, but I can't find a good board with it.

Anyone have ideas? Thanks!

I thought AGP died long time ago. No more new card is making for AGP anymore.
