Well then I should probably say you're out of luck. Your max Vdimm is only 2.1V and my guess is your board adjusts, if at all, the Vmch as it thinks to be needed. FSB Termination Voltage rarely needs to be changed. If your memory is Micron based - they are very flexible in terms of frequency/voltage - you can up the Vdimm to 2.4~2.5V for testing purposes, and Vmch is also OK up to 1.7V for testing. That'd remove quite a bit of CPU frequency bottleneck. But then again, if you don't have those options on the board..
