fruit chopper

While chopping up some fruit today which I plan to use in a fruit salad, I came to the realization that there must be an easier way than to do this by hand. There must exist a fruit chopper that has multiple blades that cut horizontally as well as multiple blades that can cut through the fruit vertically yet I have searched and have been unable to find such a device. A cuisanart or other food processor is able to chop up fruit, but not in the way I'm looking for. I just need a simple electronic device that will first, using multiple blades, slice through the fruit vertically and then horizontally. Am I totally crazy or does such az device not exist?
