I've been looking at both the base model FrozenCPU air cooled case, and the CoolerGuys WindTunnel IV. Just wondering if anyone out there has had any experiences with these and which they'd recommend. Also, does the Alpha PAL8045 heatsink fit onto a Soyo K7V Dragon? There's some electrical components real close to the cpu, and I've heard of some hs's not fitting properly on the mb. Thanks.

Not sure about the Alpha compatibility, but the Wintunnel by coolerguys doesnt look so great. 2 50mm fans on the top arent gonna do anything, unless you get the moderately loud 20cfm 50mm fans made by Top Motor. Although I've had many good experiences with Coolerguys, Frozen CPU's offering looks better.

The FrozenCPU one is looking good to me too right now...and it comes with a free neon, which is nice. If the Alpha doesn't work, what would be a decent, competitively priced "clip-on" HS? I'm looking at a SK-6 now...

According to a link that I found at kdcomputers.com, the Soyo Dragon board is not compatible with the PAL 8045. However, Swiftech has a new modification to the MC462 that is supposed to fit all boards coming out sometime in November. The only drawback is that it's still very expensive.
