Frontpage 2000 launches installer when I try to post a messgage on AT!!

When I try to post a message Frontpage 2000 launches the windows installer and tries to reinstall itself. I have to hit cancel a few times to get out of the routine, which is a pain. Only on AT, not on other boards such as fatbillfold, etc. Any ideas of how to turn this (bug) feature off?
