Can I replace the cables of case to make it support Front USB 2.0?

Thanks,

Only if what you're attaching the other end (the internal mobo/controller connection) of the cable to is a USB2.0 compliant.

Yep of course. =) But I want my front usb to use 2.0 speeds. So if the advertised case says "Front USB" instead of "Front USB 2.0" then can I still use it?

Don't cross post.

Edit: IIRC all USB ports and cables are the same, its the controller which dictates if they are USB2.0 or otherwise.

thats what i thought, but it wasnt the case on my antec pp1080 front ports. my mobo supported usb2.0 but whenever i plugged in a usb 2.0 device to my front ports they only worked at 1.1 speeds. i emailed antec and they shipped me a new usb 2.0 compliant front ports, and now everything works fine~
