Front USB headers on Iwill XP333

Hi everyone,
I have a stupid question, and I just want someone else's opinion on. I just recieved my motherboard (XP333 rev2.1yes! 🙂) and my case(evercase with the front usb setup) from newegg.
Here are my problems. First, in the iwill manual they have pins labelled for connectors 2 and 3. The case's connectors are labelled 1 and 2. Now, my mind has thought up 2 possiblities; first that I have to match even to even or odd to odd, second being that I simply need keep from mixing the plugs between the two rows.
My second problem is that the motherboard has 3 grounding pins, the case only provides 2 grounding pins, should this be okay??? Thanks for your time and whatever info you might be able to dispense. I kinda think that I'm just overthinking on this, but I have a day before my processor and heatsink, both from newegg as well, get here so I thought it would be no harm to ask. Thanks again,

Bob

The case connectors are labled 1 and 2 for all the slightly older motherboards out there that have only 2 USB ports and the option for a front port bank or the built in back connectors. Four port boards will most likly use ports 3 and 4 on the front of the case which would be 1 and 2 with your case labeling scheme.
Two ground connections for two ports should work just fine.
