Front USB ?? for MSI KT3 Ultra2

Hi, I just purchased my second MSI board, this one being the KT3 Ultra2. I have a enlight tower with two front USB ports that said was compatible with MSI boards. My question is that the front panel USB plugs on the case have two blocks with a 4 pin header plug (one for each port) and the pins on the board header (JUSB3) have 4 pin lower (1,3,5,7, no pin on 9) and 5 pins upper (2,4,6,8,10). pin 7 and 8 are the ground so would I use 1 block for (1,3,5,7) and another for (2,4,6,8) and leave 10 open? 10 is called USBOC
