Front Side LCD power adapter?

I bought a case off of a friend and it was an LCD in the front for the thermometer reading and other things, but it has a weird 2-pin connector. I've searched all over the place and have been unable to find an adapter that would let me plug it in (to either the motherboard or into a 4-pin cable). My other friend recently bought a new case with LEDs in the front and it has an adapter on it. Does anyone have any experience with this?

SVC has a lot of adapters. As far as the 2-pin connector goes, I am guessing that it is just the power connection. In which case it is just like a 3-pin one without the ground connection. So you could just plug it into a 3-pin...in terms of safety I don't know. If the lcd was made 2-pin stock, then I guess it should be safe?
